	&lt;span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;Greenamyre Rentals recently added two new tenants to its portfolio, filling the remaining vacancies at The Abernathy Building and The O&amp;rsquo;Donnell Building.&amp;nbsp; CGI and Serrano IT Services, both supporting Ft. Leavenworth, moved into their respective spaces this month.&amp;nbsp; CGI is new to the Leavenworth area and will occupy 2450 sq. ft.&amp;nbsp; Serrano IT Services relocated from another downtown location into 1475 sq. ft.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
	Greenamyre Rentals announced today that they are transitioning all of their residential property to non-smoking units.&amp;nbsp; &amp;ldquo;The effects of smoking on our non-smoking tenants and on our rental units are obvious.&amp;nbsp; We feel this policy shift is the best move for tenant recruitment and will save us considerable time and effort getting the smoking units back to &amp;lsquo;rent ready&amp;rsquo; condition,&amp;rdquo; said Jeremy Greenamyre, Vice President. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Industry research indicates the cost to restore smoking units to rentable condition is around triple the cost of a non-smoking unit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&amp;ldquo;The non-smoking trend is finally making its way into the housing sector,&amp;rdquo; said Greenamyre &amp;ldquo;and we&amp;rsquo;re more than happy to embrace this trend.&amp;rdquo;&amp;nbsp; Their non-smoking policy is set to take effect January 1, 2012, and will apply to all new tenants.&amp;nbsp; Existing smoking units will be converted to non-smoking upon tenant move-out.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	The Federal and State government already prohibit smoking in all of their office buildings and a number of public housing developments have already gone smoke-free.&amp;nbsp; The State of Kansas enacted a statewide ban in July 10, 2010 on all enclosed, indoor workplaces.&lt;/p&gt;
