Q: Can you help us with our move into one of your properties?
A: Yes. Greenamyre Rentals is a full service construction company as well. We also have relationships with numerous local subcontractors (IT, phone, furniture rental, etc.) to help with your move. In many cases, we are a “one stop shop” for our new tenants.
Q: Who provides maintenance for my space?
A: Greenamyre Rentals provides interior and exterior maintenance for normal wear and tear as well as common area maintenance. Janitorial services are a tenant responsibility, but that service can be added to your rent, if desired.
Q: Are there any Economic Development incentives for moving into Leavenworth or Lansing?
