This sample lease provides our standard terms and conditions for the rental of our
residential or commercial properties.
To protect your interests, you should immediately inspect the premises thoroughly,
and list, in duplicate, items damaged, broken or in poor condition.

utilities that you might need to contact prior to move-in or move-out.
